SitRep

What it does

100 days. Every rep counts.

SitRep starts where you are, builds a plan from your own result, and adjusts as you go, on your iPhone or iPad.

Two challenges

Total 100 builds toward 100 strict sit-ups in one session. The 2-Minute Test builds toward 80 in two minutes, test style.

Start where you are

Day 1 is a simple assessment, with a built-in countdown and audible finish for the timed test. Zero is a valid start.

A plan that adjusts

Log your reps, how hard it felt, and any soreness. Tough days ease the plan off. Good days move it back toward your goal.

Life happens

Miss a training day and the program waits for you. The rest of the plan moves with it.

Built-in rest

Rest days every week, plus a rest timer between sets that alerts you even with your phone locked.

Stay on track

A program calendar, workout reminders at the time you choose, and achievements for milestones like your first 1,000 reps, and a form guide for strict sit-ups.

Apple Health

Optionally save timed sessions to Apple Health as strength-training workouts.

Backup and restore

Export a backup of your training anytime and bring it back later.

Common questions
Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up. You don’t give us your name or email to use the app.

How does the free trial work?

SitRep is a free download. Tap “Start free 7-day trial” to try everything for 7 days. After that, unlock SitRep with a single one-time purchase. There is no subscription, and nothing is charged automatically.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Tap “Restore purchases.” You’ll find it in the trial card and in the ⋯ menu. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.

What happens if I miss a day?

The program waits for you. Your next session is ready when you come back, and the rest of the plan moves with it.

Where is my workout data stored?

On your device. Paragdise Ventures doesn’t run a server that receives or stores your workout history.

Do I have to connect Apple Health?

No. Apple Health is optional. If you turn it on, SitRep saves the timed sessions you choose as strength-training workouts with their duration and rep count. It never adds calories or heart rate. You can change Health permissions anytime in Settings.

Is there an Apple Watch app?

Not in version 1.0. SitRep 1.0 is for iPhone and iPad.

How do I turn off reminders?

Change your reminder settings in the app, or open your device’s Settings, tap Notifications, find SitRep, and turn notifications off. Rest-timer alerts use notifications too.

Will I lose my progress if I delete the app or get a new device?

Deleting the app removes the training data stored on your device. Before you delete it or switch devices, export a backup from the app so you can restore it later. Workouts already saved to Apple Health stay in Apple Health.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Is SitRep medical advice?

No. Training targets are estimates. Keep good form, stop if you feel pain or dizziness, and talk to a health professional before starting a new exercise program.

Something isn’t working. What should I do?

Email me at Primo@paragdise.com. Tell me what happened, your device model, and your iOS or iPadOS version. A screenshot helps a lot.
