1Introduction

Paragdise Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how SitRep ("the App") handles information when you use it on iPhone or iPad.

SitRep is a 100-day sit-up training program from Smoked PT. It helps you build toward your goal through an initial assessment, structured training, workout tracking, and a plan that adjusts to how you are doing.

We believe your workout data belongs to you. Our goal is to provide a useful fitness app without accounts, advertising, or tracking.

2Information Stored by the App

SitRep stores the information it needs to provide its features, including:

• Your Day 1 assessment result for each challenge
• Workout history, including sets, target and completed repetitions, and session dates
• Session start and end times, when you use the workout timer
• How hard each session felt, and soreness you report before training
• Recovery days, training plan progress, and achievements
• App settings, preferences, and reminder times

This information is stored locally on your device.

We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other identifying information to use the App.

We do not operate a server that receives or stores your workout history.

3Apple Health Integration

SitRep offers optional integration with Apple Health.

With your permission, the App saves the workouts you choose to Apple Health as strength-training workouts. Each saved workout includes its start and end time and repetition count. SitRep does not estimate or save calories or heart rate.

The App also asks to read workouts. This is used only to find workouts that SitRep saved earlier, so that retrying a save or restoring a backup does not create duplicate entries. SitRep does not read other Health data.

Apple Health integration is optional. You can use SitRep without enabling it.

Your Apple Health information is handled through Apple's HealthKit framework and is not transmitted to Paragdise Ventures LLC servers.

We do not sell, use for advertising, or share HealthKit information with advertising networks or data brokers.

You can manage Health permissions at any time through your device's settings.

4Notifications

With your permission, SitRep may send local notifications for:

• Workout reminders at the time you choose
• A "rest complete" alert when the rest timer between sets finishes

These notifications are generated and scheduled on your device. Notification permission is not required to use the App.

You may turn notifications off at any time in the App or through your device settings.

5Purchases and Free Trial

SitRep is a free download. A free 7-day trial and a one-time Full Access unlock are offered as In-App Purchases.

All purchases, including the free trial, are processed by Apple through the App Store. To check whether you have an active trial or Full Access, the App uses Apple's StoreKit framework, including the trial start date recorded by the App Store.

We do not receive your payment information. Apple's handling of purchase information is described in Apple's privacy policy.

SitRep has no subscription, and nothing is charged automatically.

6Apple Watch

Version 1.0 of SitRep does not include an Apple Watch application.

If an Apple Watch application is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe how it handles information before that version is released.

7Data Sharing and Third Parties

SitRep does not include third-party advertising or analytics services, and it does not track you across apps or websites.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

The App uses Apple system services, including HealthKit, local notifications, and StoreKit, to provide its features.

Information you choose to export or share through your device's sharing features will be handled according to the destination or service you select.

8Data Storage, Backups, and Deletion

Workout records and app preferences are stored locally on your device.

SitRep lets you export a backup file of your training information and restore it later.

You decide where to save or share exported backup files. Files stored in third-party services may be subject to those services' privacy practices.

You may restart a challenge using the controls in the App.

Deleting the App generally removes its locally stored information, subject to any device backups or exported files you have kept.

Workouts previously saved to Apple Health stay in Apple Health until you remove them there. Restarting a challenge in SitRep does not delete them.

Paragdise Ventures LLC does not keep a remote copy of your workout history.

9Data Security

We use Apple's platform capabilities for local data storage.

Although we design the App to minimize unnecessary data exposure, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We encourage you to protect your device with appropriate security settings and to handle exported backups carefully.

10Children's Privacy

SitRep is a general fitness app and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through developer-operated servers.

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of fitness apps and make sure exercises are appropriate for their age and abilities.

11Your Privacy Choices

You control how SitRep handles your information. You can:

• Use the App without creating an account
• Decline or revoke Apple Health permissions
• Turn off workout reminders and rest alerts
• Export and restore backups of your training
• Restart a challenge
• Delete the App from your device

Because we do not keep user accounts or remotely stored workout histories, we generally cannot access, retrieve, or delete workout information stored on your device.

12Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, its features, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.

When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

The current version will remain available on our website.
