Forward it. It’s on the calendar.
No app to install and no inbox login. HomeroomCal only sees the emails you forward to it.
1Get a private address
Your family gets its own forwarding address. Forward messages one at a time, or set Gmail to forward them automatically.
2Review anything unclear
Clear items go straight to the calendar. Vague dates or blurry flyers wait for you to fix or dismiss them.
3Get the digest and the calendar
A morning email covers today, the next seven days, and what’s due. Subscribe in Google, Apple, or Outlook Calendar.
Four kinds of items
Events, forms and deadlines, payments, and early dismissals or no-school days, each in its own category.
Back to the source
Every calendar item links to the email it came from.
Share with family
Give a co-parent or grandparent a read-only calendar link, filtered by child.
Kids by first name only
Children are stored by first name or nickname. No child accounts.
One plan for the whole family.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime from your billing portal.
Need help with HomeroomCal?
Found a bug, have a question, or have an idea? Reach out. I read every message myself.
It helps if you include:
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
- Your browser and the email you forwarded, if it’s about a missed item
- A screenshot, if you can
Prefer a form? Use the contact page.
Do I need to give HomeroomCal my email password?
No. HomeroomCal never logs in to your inbox. It only sees the messages you forward to your family’s private address.
How do I forward school emails automatically?
In Gmail, set up a filter for your school’s senders and forward matching mail to your family address. Turn on the setting that accepts mail forwarded from Gmail, and confirm the forwarding link HomeroomCal shows you. You can also forward messages one at a time.
Why didn’t my forwarded email show up?
By default, HomeroomCal accepts mail only from senders you’ve verified. Check that the address you forwarded from is verified, or turn on accepting mail forwarded from Gmail. Very large messages, long PDFs, or going over the monthly limit can also cause a message to be refused.
An item has the wrong date or time. What should I do?
Edit it or dismiss it. HomeroomCal reads mail with AI and can be wrong or miss things, so items it isn’t sure about wait for your review. Always check the school’s original message before relying on a dismissal time, fee, or permission slip.
How do I add it to my phone’s calendar?
Subscribe to your family calendar link in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. New items show up there automatically.
Can my co-parent or a grandparent see the calendar?
Yes. Create a read-only share link and choose which children it includes. You can revoke it anytime.
How does the free trial work?
New families get 14 days of access with no card required. After the trial, HomeroomCal stops reading new mail and sending the digest until you subscribe. Subscribing during the trial doesn’t restart it.
How do I cancel or change my card?
Cancel or update your payment method in the Stripe customer portal. Billing for HomeroomCal is handled there.
Can I get a refund?
Email me at Primo@paragdise.com and I’ll take a look.
How long do you keep my emails?
Original emails and attachments are deleted automatically after 30 days. Calendar items you keep stay until you delete them.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and delete your account. That removes your family, children, mail, files, calendar items, and share links. If you’re charged again afterward, cancel in the Stripe portal or email me.
Something isn’t working. What should I do?
Email me at Primo@paragdise.com. Tell me what happened, and if it’s about a missed item, which email you forwarded and when.
Your family’s mail stays your family’s.
HomeroomCal works only through forwarding. It doesn’t train AI on your mail and shows no ads. Original messages and files are deleted after 30 days.
