1Introduction

Paragdise Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how Smoked PT ("the App") handles information when you use it on iPhone or iPad.

Smoked PT builds military-style bodyweight workouts, called smoke sessions, and adjusts them to your fitness level, your space, and how your sessions go.

We believe your workout data belongs to you. Our goal is to provide a useful fitness app without accounts, advertising, or tracking.

2Information Stored by the App

Smoked PT stores the information it needs to build and adjust your workouts, including:

• Your setup answers: training experience, goal, preferred session length, and coaching style
• Your optional starting assessment answers and your current difficulty tier
• Your workout setup: low-impact only, available space, whether you have a wall, and movements you choose to avoid
• Workout history, including the exercises you completed, skipped, or swapped, the reps and time you logged, and session dates
• Your post-workout check-in: how hard the session felt, and whether you felt unusual discomfort or needed to stop
• Any workout in progress, so you can resume it
• App settings, such as spoken coaching, sound cues, coach voice, and progression preferences

This information is stored locally on your device.

The App does not ask for medical details. You do not have to give a reason for avoiding any movement.

We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other identifying information to use the App.

We do not operate a server that receives or stores your workout history.

3Spoken Coaching and Sound

Spoken coaching uses Apple's built-in text-to-speech on your device. Sound cues and coaching may play through your speaker or headphones during a workout.

The App does not use your microphone or camera, and it does not record audio.

4Purchases and Free Trial

Smoked PT is a free download. A free 7-day trial and a one-time Full Access unlock are offered as In-App Purchases.

All purchases, including the free trial, are processed by Apple through the App Store. To check whether you have an active trial or Full Access, the App uses Apple's StoreKit framework, including the trial start date recorded by the App Store.

We do not receive your payment information. Apple's handling of purchase information is described in Apple's privacy policy.

Smoked PT has no subscription, and nothing is charged automatically.

5Apple Health and Apple Watch

Version 1.0 of Smoked PT does not connect to Apple Health and does not include an Apple Watch application.

If either is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe how it handles information before that version is released.

6Data Sharing and Third Parties

Smoked PT does not include third-party advertising or analytics services, and it does not track you across apps or websites.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

The App uses Apple system services, including StoreKit and on-device speech, to provide its features.

7Data Storage and Deletion

Your profile, workout history, and settings are stored locally on your device.

You can change your setup answers at any time with Redo Setup in the App's Settings.

Deleting the App generally removes its locally stored information, subject to any device backups you have kept.

Paragdise Ventures LLC does not keep a remote copy of your workout history.

8Data Security

We use Apple's platform capabilities for local data storage.

Although we design the App to minimize unnecessary data exposure, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We encourage you to protect your device with appropriate security settings.

9Children's Privacy

Smoked PT is a general fitness app and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through developer-operated servers.

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of fitness apps and make sure exercises are appropriate for their age and abilities.

10Your Privacy Choices

You control how Smoked PT handles your information. You can:

• Use the App without creating an account
• Skip the starting assessment
• Skip the post-workout check-in
• Avoid any movement without giving a reason
• Turn off spoken coaching and sound cues
• Change your setup answers with Redo Setup
• Delete the App from your device

Because we do not keep user accounts or remotely stored workout histories, we generally cannot access, retrieve, or delete workout information stored on your device.

11Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, its features, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.

When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

The current version will remain available on our website.
