An independent studio for software, books, and video. Ten iPhone apps in development, a web app for parents, one book about baptism, and four channels, all built by one person who would rather make a useful thing than talk about one.

A small church shouldn’t need a big budget to keep track of its people. These run on a Raspberry Pi, and the code is yours to use.

git clone https://github.com/primo689/Church-Youth-Manager.gitA self-hosted Raspberry Pi version of Congman. The full app is on iOS.
git clone https://github.com/primo689/Congregation-Manager.gitRaspbian with Congman baked in. Set up the Pi and the church software is already there.
git clone https://github.com/primo689/OpenChurch-os.gitA story of faith, friendship, and first steps. A book about baptism, and why nobody in the New Testament put it off.
In the book of Acts, every person who heard the good news and believed was baptized right away. The Ethiopian on the road. The jailer in the middle of the night. Saul three days after the light. Nobody Waits takes that truth and puts it in a story about friends, faith, and the step that matters most.
“And now why are you waiting? Rise and be baptized and wash away your sins, calling on his name.”ACTS 22:16
The video side of Paragdise Ventures. Real projects, honest reviews, and ministry for the next generation.
What I’m building right now, the wins and the mistakes, start to finish.
@TheOnePrimo ↗Products used for real and reviewed in my own voice. What works, what doesn’t.
@PrimoTested ↗A completely straight-faced reviewer. Every product. Under five minutes.
@VeryGoodReviews ↗Helping the next generation follow Jesus. Teaching, conversations, and real questions.
@ExodusChristianMinistry ↗Paragdise Ventures is me, a couple computers, and a long list of things worth building.
I grew up in Cape Coral, Florida, and eventually found my way to Mexico, Missouri. Somewhere along the way, I traded palm trees for cornfields, served in the Army, became a husband and father, found my calling in ministry, and developed a habit of turning ideas into projects.
From 2010 to 2013, I served in the U.S. Army, including a deployment to Afghanistan. My time in uniform shaped a lot of how I see the world, especially the importance of service, responsibility, and taking care of the people around you.
These days, I’m a youth minister, writer, content creator, and self-taught software developer. On paper, those might seem like four completely different directions. To me, they’re all connected by one simple idea: if something can be better, why not try to make it better?
That’s really how Paragdise Ventures came to be.
Most of my projects start with an everyday frustration. A small church struggling with expensive software. A veteran trying to get back into shape. A family trying to keep life organized. Sometimes the solutions out there are too expensive, unnecessarily complicated, or just plain missing.
So I build what I wish existed.
I’m not a big tech company with a room full of developers. I’m one guy with a family, a calling, a growing collection of projects, and probably too many late nights in front of a computer.
Paragas+Paradise=Paragdise
Or, as I like to put it: I put the “G” in Paradise.
It’s a terrible dad joke, a little bit of wordplay, and a reminder of what I’m trying to do here.
Build something better.
App ideas, speaking, the book, collaborations, or a question about something on the channels.
I read every message myself. Give me a few days to get back to you.
